Avenere Cladding LLC proudly announces that Suffolk University is restoring a landmark in Boston and NeaCera terra-cotta rainscreen panels are being used!
The historic but deteriorated Modern Theater is being replaced with a new residence hall complete with 197 beds and a 350 seat theatre. The theater's facade is being completely restored and will once again grace lower Washington Street's Theater District.
CBT Architects of Boston designed the building renovation; Suffolk Construction Company, Inc. is the General Contractor; and Ipswich Bay Glass Co., Inc. of Rowley, MA is installing the NeaCera panels.
