Project Summary

The award winning 66,000-square-foot Colorado Readiness Center represents a seamless collaboration between the US Air Force Academy and the COARNG. Designed for optimum energy efficiency, the center features advanced features such as solar power, geothermal heating, and advanced energy-saving features. This 2-story, 19-million project was the first Army National Guard Facility in the nation to achieve LEED Platinum Status. The Associated General Contractor of Colorado presented a 2014 ACE Silver Award to the Douglass Colony Group for its work on The Northern Colorado Spring Readiness Center. Read about it here.
