Project Summary

Construction on the $229-million expansion and renovation to the Gulf Coast Medical Center kicked-off in May of 2018 with plans for completion by September 2021. Adding 268 beds to the facility, this project consists of a 3-story, 365,700-square foot addition as well as the renovation of 48,500-square-feet of existing space. Given the high wind loads in Florida, NeaCera received the Florida Building Codes and Standard’s Certificate of Product Approval.
