The National Institute of Health’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease Headquarters was completed in 2014 to facilitate the needs of the growing and dynamic organization. This government medical office building contains 490,000-square-feet of office space and 20,000-square-feet of retail space, housing over 2,000 employees. Also known as 5601 Fishers Lane, this 10-story, LEED Gold certified building was developed by The JCB Companies.
