Project Summary

Previously Thomas Jefferson Middle School, now Alice West Fleet Elementary School, designed by VMDO Architects, is a $59-million, multi-story new educational facility in Arlington, Virginia. Set to open in September 2019, this project converts an existing parking to a public school. This 110,000-square-foot building with a compact 38,720-square-foot footprint will create 752-seats and is seeking LEED Silver Certification.
