14-Story Apartment Re Clad

This senior apartment building is a re-cladding of an existing façade that no longer complied with energy codes. NeaCera was chosen to provide insulation, weatherproofing, and improve aesthetics. The lighter weight system made it a perfect solution for application over the existing failing masonry. A dynamic façade pattern was created using Beige, Cream and Toscana colored NeaCera Panels in the Flat Classic and Grooved shapes.
