Project Summary

Harborview Senior Apartments located in Jersey City, NJ is a re-cladding of an existing brick façade that no longer complied with energy codes. NeaCera was chosen to provide insulation, weatherproofing, and improve aesthetics. The lighter weight system made it a perfect solution for application over the existing failing masonry façade. To achieve their aesthetic goals, Wiencek + Associates created a dynamic façade pattern using Beige, Cream, and Toscana colored panels in the flat classic and grooved shapes.
