Project Summary

The Coloradan is an iconic 19-story residential condominium tower located on a 1-acre site at 1750 Wewatta St. in the historic Union Station neighborhood in downtown Denver, CO. This 334-unit building utilizes 61,000-square-feet of custom colored NeaCera panels, carefully crafted and chosen to meld into the natural aesthetic of the Rocky Mountains.
