This mixed-use building features bold Black Gloss panels, standing out and punctuating the typical architecture of the neighborhood. The 6-story development incorporates 5-stories of apartments over retail, and gives you an example of what can be achieved with contrasting colors when designing with Avenere. This impactful façade features 12″ x 48″ panels adorning the 157,000-square-foot building.
