Project Summary

Contour Apartments on Prospect Avenue is a mixed-use residential condominium and is the first project in the nation to feature our bold Black Gloss NeaCera panels. This impactful façade adorns the 157,000-square-foot building, reflecting a $14-million investment in the East Side neighborhood of Milwaukee WI. This 88-unit apartment with 10,000-square-feet of ground floor retail space opened to the public in 2018.
