Project Summary
One Music Circle South, developed by the Panattoni Development Company, is located in the historical Music Row District in Nashville, TN. This 110,000-square-foot office building is home to multiple businesses, retail and restaurant spaces, as well as the new BMG music label headquarters. Estimated at roughly $35-million, this 5-story building was completed in the first half of 2019.
