Project Summary

The Philadelphia Housing Authority has consolidated their operations and administrative teams previously scattered throughout the city within their new 136,600-square-foot Ridge Avenue Headquarters. This 5-story building reflects a $45-million investment by the PHA into the Sharswood neighborhood and is designed for LEED Certificatiom. This building utilized Bright Gray, Cream, and Cream Light colored terra-cotta panels in their design to provide texture and break up the large scale of the façade.
