Project Summary
1065 Tremont Street is the redevelopment of a structurally failing single story structure by BREC Development in a joint venture with Urban Core Development LLC. This 6-story building is 16,200-square-feet with 16-luxury rental units. Construction on this $4-million project began in winter 2014 and was completed in summer 2016, and has 1,000-square-feet of ground floor commercial space.
