Project Summary
The Soo Line Building in Minneapolis, MN is a renovation of the 1914 Renaissance revival-style First National Bank building on the National Register of Historic Places. This 20-story, 226,000-square-foot mixed-use apartment and retail complex reflects a $35-million investment into what has become the leading residence in downtown Minneapolis. White Matte NeaCera panels were chosen to complement the existing historic terra-cotta cladding adorning the 254-unit building.
