Project Summary
120-year-old St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Washington, D.C, located in the Dupont Circle neighborhood, has been redeveloped. This 65,869-square-foot project included a residential addition to the existing historic 1800s parish hall. From the ruins of the existing church came a new 4-story building, totaling 18,000-square-feet. Located adjacent to the church is the new 7-story, 50,000-square-foot multifamily, 56-unit residential building. The façade creates a unique and compelling design by intermittently staggering the application of NeaCera panels to create views inside of the parish.
