Project Summary

Towson University wanted to convert two “unlivable” dormitories into a new student service center for Health and Counseling. An 8,000 sf building addition was designed to connect the two existing buildings and provides a cost effective solution for achieving Code and ADA compliance. The new addition included NeaCera^® Terra-cotta Rainscreen Panels on the exterior envelope to enhance the buildings’ aesthetic.
