Energy Efficient High-Rise Housing

This Mid Atlantic apartment complex went through a revitalization that called for a recladding of the building’s original façade. The original construction style became inefficient and obsolete, so the new exterior cladding was intended to improve energy performance as well as building aesthetics. This 19-story high-rise for elderly and disabled residents was re-clad with Cream Light NeaCera Panels in the Fat Classic shape.
