JHH CMSC North Tower Addition

The Johns Hopkins Health System has completed a significant expansion of its East Baltimore medical campus, investing $400 million in the construction project. Named the CMSC North Tower Addition and Renovation, it aimed to achieve two primary objectives. First, to develop state-of-the-art laboratory facilities that will enable Johns Hopkins to maintain its position at the forefront of cutting-edge research. Second, the project seeks to establish a new entrance on the north side of the Johns Hopkins Hospital to improve accessibility and convenience.
