Residential Building on Broadway

This mixed-use residential project replaced a building from the 1950’s on a historical city block. This 5-story building includes 9-residential units, and commercial space on the ground floor. The façade features an alternating blend of our Rustic Canyon and Toscana NeaCera Panels, which complement the warmth of the existing brick on the street.
