University Student Housing

This 6-story, 74,000-square-foot apartment building provides 60 rental apartment units aimed towards serving seniors and families. The façade was designed to be striking and contemporary, and this was achieved with the use of NeaCera Terra-cotta Cladding. A blend of 3 panel colors, Beige, Toscana and Burnt Sienna, in two panel shapes, Flat Classic and Grooved, in two different panel sizes creates a distinctly eye-catching façade.
